The much-awaited action film starring Sivakarthikeyan, directed by A R Murugadoss, revealed its title ‘Madharasi’ on the actor’s birthday. Previously referred to as #SKXARM, the director teased the title with a link and wrote, “Happy Birthday @Siva_Kartikeyan. Get ready for massive action with #Madharasi. TITLE GLIMPSE & FIRST LOOK now available!”
The teaser excited Sivakarthikeyan’s fans, increasing expectations from the film. It showcases action scenes and hints at Biju Menon playing a cop. The director hints at an action-packed film. Alongside Sivakarthikeyan and Biju Menon, stars like Rukmini Vasanth, Vidyut Jammwal, Shabeer Kallarakkal, and Vikranth also feature.
Sivakarthikeyan mentioned that his film with A R Murugadoss is 90% complete, the remaining 10% to finish after the director returns. Produced by Sri Lakshmi Movies, the movie features cinematography by Sudeep Elamon, music by Anirudh Ravichander, and editing by renowned editor Sreekar Prasad, a favorite of Manir Ratnam.
The film features high octane stunts choreographed by Kevin Kumar and costumes designed by Deepali Noor. Knack studios, Phantom FX, and BeastBells are tasked with working on the VFX portions for the movie.
