Director Gowtam Tinnanuri’s thriller ‘Kingdom’, starring Vijay Deverakonda, was announced along with its May 30 release date. The teaser, shared in three languages, hinted at intense themes of questions, mistakes, bloodshed, and destiny. Deverakonda revealed the title on his social media as “KINGDOM” with the tagline ‘From the shadows of betrayal, shall rise a king.’ The film was previously known as VD12.
The teaser hints at intense action throughout, suggesting a storyline focused on a people’s struggle. Vijay Deverakonda showcases a rugged look with a six-pack, cropped hair, and a beard, including a scene in what seems to be a prison. Directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri with music by Anirudh Ravichander and editing by Navin Nooli, the teaser effectively grabs the attention of fans and film enthusiasts.
