US provides relief for Indian Green Card applicants.

The USCIS July Visa Bulletin includes positive updates for Indian Green Card applicants. While EB-1 and EB-2 categories have the same Final Action Date, EB-3 is moving forward by a week. F2A is advancing by eight months, and the FAD for F4 is speeding up by a few weeks in the family-sponsored category.

In family-sponsored cases, FAD for F1 (unmarried sons/daughters of US citizens) advanced to July 15, 2016, and F2A (spouses plus children of permanent residents) to September 1, 2022, with date changes in categories like F3 (married sons/daughters of US citizens) and F4 (siblings of adult US citizens). Those with an FAD on or before these dates can now apply for a Green Card.

The EB-3 (skilled workers) category for employment-based cases has advanced slightly to April 22, 2013, from April 15, 2013. FADs for EB-5 Unreserved categories have not changed, and there are no updates to visa application filing dates in any category.

The Visa Bulletin is vital for Green Card seekers as it provides guidance on when they can change their immigration status. It comprises two sections: Dates for Filing and Final Action Dates. The first section shows when applicants can submit their status adjustment or visa applications, while the latter predicts processing times for approval and permanent residency.
