Sunny Deol’s much-awaited film “Jaat” had a successful opening day, selling over 100,000 advance tickets. Directed by Gopichand Malineni, the action thriller is expected to make a strong box office debut, with early estimates projecting an opening collection of ₹6-10 crore.

Jaat sold 1,13,299 advance tickets expected to yield ₹2.37 crore, increasing to ₹6.27 crore with block bookings. Notably, spot bookings are not included. The film features a star-studded cast, including Randeep Hooda, Viineet Kumar Singh, Saiyami Kher, Ramya Krishnan, Jagapathi Babu, Zarina Wahab, Upendra Limaye, etc.

Jaat shares a goosebump-inducing tale of good triumphing over evil. Deol, in an earlier interview, discussed the movie’s theme, emphasizing the resilience of the Jat community. He highlighted their ability to endure all hardships without giving up, pushing through challenges until they find a way forward.

Malineni, known for Telugu cinema, directed his first Hindi film, “Jaat,” starring Hooda as Ranatunga, Singh as Somulu, and Regina Cassandra as Bharathi. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, People Media Factory, and Zee Studios, the film released recently and is expected to excel due to Deol’s vast fan base.
