Shubman Gill reaches his 25th IPL half-century.

Shubman Gill played a brilliant inning of 76 runs off 38 balls against Sunrisers Hyderabad in IPL 2025 Match 51. As Gujarat Titans captain, he partnered with Sai Sudharsan for an 87-run opening stand and later paired with Jos Buttler for a 62-run partnership. Gill achieved his 25th IPL fifty in this impressive performance.

In the powerplay, Gill and Sudharsan set a record by adding 82 runs for Gujarat. Sudharsan scored 48 before departing, then Gill and Buttler formed a solid partnership. Gill hit a 25-ball fifty with a positive approach but was later run out despite looking set for a big score.
