Samsung has announced One UI 7, a new software update with a bold design for personalized user experience. This update introduces an AI-driven interface for more natural interactions with Galaxy devices. Rollout starts on April 7.
The One UI 7 rollout will begin with Galaxy smartphones including the S24 series, S24 FE, S23 series, S23 FE, Z Fold6, Z Flip6, Tab S10 series, and Tab S9 series. Samsung plans to extend the update to more devices in the following weeks.
One UI 7 incorporates AI features to boost user productivity and creativity. The Galaxy AI simplifies tasks, reducing app switching. Another highlight is ‘AI Select,’ offering context-based suggestions. This feature allows users to save videos as GIFs with a swipe and a click on the ‘AI Select’ icon in the Edge Panel.
One UI 7 provides advanced editing tools for enhanced creative control, such as the ‘Drawing Assist’ feature for bringing ideas to life through various inputs and the ‘Audio Eraser’ tool that simplifies editing by isolating sound categories and removing unwanted noise from videos, catering to all users.
