The Classic 650 Twin features design cues from the Classic 350 and Bullet 350, including ‘tiger-eye’ headlights, a teardrop-shaped fuel tank, and triangular side panels. Notably, it comes with LED lighting, dual-channel ABS, an analogue-digital instrument cluster akin to the Classic 350 model, a Tripper navigation pod, and a USB-C charging port.
The Classic 650 Twin is powered by Royal Enfield’s 648cc parallel-twin engine, producing 46.3hp at 7,250rpm and 52.3Nm of torque at 5,650rpm. It comes with a six-speed transmission and a slip/assist clutch, sharing the mainframe, sub-frame, and swingarm with the Shotgun 650.
The motorcycle features a 43mm telescopic Showa fork with 120mm travel at the front and twin shock absorbers with 90mm travel at the back. It has wire-spoked wheels, a 19-inch front wheel, and an 18-inch rear wheel. Braking is handled by a 320mm front disc and a 300mm rear disc for strong stopping power.
The Classic 650 Twin has a fuel tank capacity of 14.7 liters and a kerb weight of 243kg, making it one of Royal Enfield’s heaviest motorcycles. It shares the Super Meteor/Shotgun platform and utilizes the steel tubular spine frame, subframe, and swingarm from these models.
