Guwahati, May 22, 2025—Modern English School, Guwahati, successfully concluded a transformative four-day experiential learning workshop in collaboration with TeamQuest from 19th to 22nd May 2025. With the enthusiastic participation of over 350 students from Classes 8 to 11, the event proved to be a milestone in promoting mental and physical resilience, leadership, and emotional intelligence among young learners.
In an era where digital saturation often leads to emotional disconnect and anxiety, this workshop served as a powerful intervention, bringing students outdoors and into active, mindful engagement with themselves and their peers. TeamQuest designed a carefully curated program to build life skills through a blend of physical activities, reflective sessions, and collaborative problem-solving.
Key activities included self-defence training, campsite setup, analytical team games, obstacle courses, and high-adrenaline adventure elements such as ziplining, rappelling, and traversing. The initiative fostered an environment of mutual support, clear communication, and trust, enabling students to step out of their comfort zones and into a space of growth and self-discovery.
