Gandhi Shilp Bazaar at Hornbill Festival, Nagaland

Kohima, December 29: From December 1st to December 7th, 2024, the Gandhi Shilp Bazaar, a seven-day handicrafts exhibition and sale, is being organized by the Development Commissioner (Handicraft). On December 1, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., the event will be launched in Dimori Cove Resort in Kipfuzha, Kigwema, Kohima, Nagaland.

This year’s Gandhi Shilp Bazaar is taking place alongside one of Nagaland’s most famous events, the Hornbill Festival. The exhibition will feature a wide variety of handicrafts from across the nation, such as woodcarvings, textiles, pottery, and other traditional crafts.

The Gandhi Shilp Bazaar is open to buyers, manufacturers, and craft enthusiasts who want to experience the rich cultural legacy of India’s handicraft industry. The occasion looks to be a great way for craftspeople to meet new customers and display their abilities.
