German automaker BMW has unveiled the 2025 BMW R 1300 R roadster featuring a new 1,300cc liquid-cooled twin-cylinder boxer engine producing 145hp at 7,750rpm with 149Nm torque at 6,500rpm. It includes a standard six-speed gearbox with quickshifter and offers an optional Automated Shift Assist system.
The 2025 BMW R 1300 R has advanced features including LED lights, TFT screen with Bluetooth. It offers Eco, Road, and Rain ride modes for improved power delivery based on road conditions. Dynamic and Dynamic Pro modes can be added for a more sporty ride.
The 2025 BMW R 1300 R features a revamped chassis with a sturdier sheet metal main frame. The rear subframe is crafted from durable cast aluminum. It boasts lighter 17-inch wheels, enhancing performance and handling with a 1.4kg weight reduction from the previous model.
The 2025 BMW R 1300 R has a strong braking system with twin front disks and a rear single disk. An optional electronically adjustable suspension with Dynamic ESA system offers enhanced ride comfort. This feature allows riders to customize their experience based on personal preferences and road conditions.
The new R 1300 R exudes a sporty and aggressive BMW style. The base model comes in Snapper Rocks metallic, the Exclusive in Racing Blue metallic, and the Performance in Lightweight Uni. The top-tier Option 719 Kilauea is exclusive in Blackstorm metallic.
